Our dedicated and experienced staff tailor the care services to better serve our service users in an environment that is warm and welcoming to make it feel just like home.

The Managing Director purchased the business in 2008. Prior to this, he worked in both acute and community settings. He has managerial experience working with young people and adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Health Needs. He is qualified in Learning Disability Nursing, Paediatric Nursing and Community Health.

LiN Group Management Team

The organisation has a Registered Manager, Supervisors, Senior Support Workers and Senior Health Care Assistants working across the services to make sure the service delivered is to the standard required by all stakeholders.

Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants

LiN Group operates a few services in Edinburgh. Each service is fully staffed with a Supervisor, Seniors and Support Workers/Health Care Assistants to support the service users.
